Thank God I have to go to work tomorrow. The pelican is mostly finished except for some minor touch ups...now to put the catfish and the beer bottle in oils...not sure what to do about the background yet...

Looks great so far. The light blue background color definitely helps the pelican pop. I'd keep the background simple.
